More About Ron

Ron is the former Scientific and Laboratory Director for BelCosta Labs in Long Beach, CA. Prior to his work with BelCosta, Ron worked with CanMedLabs in Irvine and Sacramento, CA, True North Labs in Orange County, and MMR Services as a Chief Laboratory Officer. Ron began building labs with Alternative Biomedical Solutions where he served as a LC/MS Product Manager and Field Application Specialist.

Aside from being a member of several professional scientific organizations, Ron is also a current Editorial Board Member for Cannabis and Cannabinoid Research, “the premier peer-reviewed journal dedicated to the scientific, medical, and psychosocial exploration of clinical cannabis, cannabinoids, and the endocannabinoid system.” He has also had the distinguished opportunity to advise several elected officials on the importance of safety testing for cannabis.

Ron holds a Master of Science in Biology from Eastern Kentucky University, and received a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the historic Transylvania University in Lexington, KY.
